We want you to love your handmade crochet items! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
